Customer Service Member | Aircraft Coordinator
Full-time Position

Are you interested in working in a fun, fast-paced environment where you will work with people from all around the world? We are looking to grow our customer service team and have an opening for an enthusiastic, energetic, multitasker with strong communication skills who enjoys delivering top-notch guest service to customers.

We are a world-class skydiving facility with our busiest times being the months of March and November. We are open every day of the year and may operate from sun up to sun down, so we require a full-time team member who has open and flexible availability.

Requirements:

Must be able to greet customers and guests in a cheerful and professional manner
Must be able to present a professional image in person and on the phone
Must be a punctual, tactful, and dependable team player
Must be able to evaluate customer needs and assist in making purchasing decisions
Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Must have basic computer skills and be able to follow point-of-sale procedures
Experience in the skydiving industry or hospitality is a bonus but not required
