CUSTOMER SERVICE PRODUCT SPECIALIST
This position forms part of the order fulfillment process at Complete Parachute Solutions (CPS). The individual will assist the Sales and the Customer Service functions on all applicable needs, including developing quotes, responding to RFQs and RFPs, fulfilling demo equipment requests, and more. The individual will have good organizational skills in order to manage multiple requirements and process through order fulfillment. CPS carries a large inventory of tactical systems that are used as demo equipment that is shipped around the world and aids both our sales team and our clients in decisions regarding procurements. This individual will use their parachuting product knowledge, previous loft experience, or parachute rigging background to support these demo needs and functions. The individual is also required to assist in organizing local and international events in support of sales.
INSPECTOR/SHIPPER/RECEIVER – LEVEL 2
Inspect various component parts of parachute systems to ensure quality standards are being met. Receive all incoming material/products and place material/products into appropriate inventory locations awaiting disposition. Pick, pack and ship all orders ready for fulfillment and prepare all necessary documentation for transportation of product door to door. Provide rigging services as called for in order fulfillment. Assist with physical inventory counts as needed, and perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein as directed. High School Diploma or GED is required. Senior Riggers Certificate required. Knowledge of common carrier shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
